SubmitFinder Launches a New Music Campaign Tool to Help Artists Find, Pitch & Reach Curators
Paste your Spotify link, get matched with the right curators, blogs, radio stations and podcasts, let AI write the pitch, and send it in one click. Here is everything the new SubmitFinder campaign tool does and how to run your first campaign.
Finding contacts, writing a pitch and keeping track of who you emailed has always been three separate chores spread across spreadsheets, browser tabs and your inbox. The new SubmitFinder campaign tool puts all three in one place. Paste your Spotify track link, get a matched list of real contacts from the SubmitFinder directory, let the AI draft each pitch from your release details, and send it from your own Gmail in one click while every send is tracked for you.
Why we built it
Artists told us the same thing repeatedly: the directory gave them the contacts, but they still had to decide who to write to, what to say, and how to remember what they had already sent. The gap between finding a curator and actually reaching them was where campaigns died. The campaign tool closes that gap without taking control away from the artist, because every email still goes out from your own address, in your own words, after you have read it.
Step 1 — Paste your Spotify link
Start a campaign and drop in the Spotify URL for the song you are promoting. SubmitFinder reads the public release details, artist name, track name and artwork, so you do not type them twice. You add your genre, a short description of the song and anything you want the pitch to mention, and everything stays editable.
Step 2 — Get matched with real contacts
The matching engine works through your exact genre, then your subgenre, then closely related genres, then outlet type, so you always get a usable list even when your niche is small. Results come from the same verified directory as the rest of SubmitFinder: Spotify playlist curators, music blogs, online and FM radio, podcasts, magazines and YouTube music channels. A share of every list is reserved for Spotify playlist curators, because that is what most artists are looking for first.
Step 3 — See who you are pitching
Every opportunity card shows the outlet name, its type, the country, and the audience size, described as monthly listeners for playlists, radio and podcasts, and monthly readers for blogs and magazines. You are never pitching blind into a name you do not recognise.
Step 4 — Let the AI write the pitch
Click send email on any opportunity and the composer drafts a pitch built from your release details and that specific outlet, in a professional, personal or short style. The AI is instructed never to invent stream counts, chart positions, press coverage or achievements you did not give it, so nothing embarrassing ends up in your email. Edit anything you like before it goes out. AI-written pitches are available on the free plan too.
Step 5 — Send in one click
Sending opens the message pre-filled in Gmail, so it comes from your own inbox and replies come straight back to you. SubmitFinder logs the send against the campaign, moves the contact into your outreach history, and removes it from your opportunities list so you never email the same outlet twice.
Step 6 — Track the campaign
The dashboard shows contacts reached, emails sent, replies, opportunities left, and which contacts are due a follow-up after a week of silence. When it is time, the same composer writes the follow-up in follow-up mode: short, polite, and without pretending the recipient already read your first message.
New contacts arrive while the campaign runs
Active campaigns get topped up automatically with two to three freshly matched outlets a day as the directory grows. They appear at the top of your opportunities with a New badge, and you get an in-app notification plus an email listing them, so a campaign keeps producing leads after launch day instead of going stale.
Free and Premium
Free accounts can run one campaign every 30 days, counted from the day the campaign is created, with matched contacts, AI-written pitches and one-click sending included. Premium members create unlimited campaigns with no cooldown, see far more matched contacts per campaign, and get unlimited contact reveals across the whole directory.
What it will never do
It will not send mass email on your behalf, it will not fabricate statistics about your release, it will not sell you guaranteed placements, and it will not list a playlist or outlet we have not verified. Promotion works when a real person reads a real message about a real song, and the tool is built to make that easier, not to automate it away.
